Invited by Philippine’s Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), WITSA Chairman Yvonne Chiu visited Philippine from Sept. 9 to 12, to discuss the possibility of cooperation across nations, especially for the ICT industry. In this trip, Chairman Yvonne Chiu met with Rowel Barba, Undersecretary of DTI, executives from Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), and Angelica M.
