Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and the communities that have been impacted by this tragedy,” said WITSA Chairman Dr. Sean Seah.“During this extremely difficult time, we express our deepest condolences to our affected WITSA members Informatics Industry Association of Turkey (TÜBISAD) and the Syrian Computer Society (SCS) and we stand in solidarity with them.“At times like these, it is important to come together and support each other in whatever way we can. We appeal to our friends, families and colleagues in the global WITSA community to donate to reliable organizations that are providing relief and aid to victims of the earthquake,” Dr. Seah added.WITSA encourages technology companies with systems and expertise in Search and Rescue to step forward and aid in the missions currently underway in the affected Kahramanmaras region.
