WITSA Welcomes Edward Bryztwa as Member of the Board and as Vice-Chairman of North America

April 22, 2025 – The World Innovation, Technology, and Services Alliance (WITSA) is delighted to announce the election of Edward Bryztwa, Vice President of International Trade at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)®, to its esteemed Board of Directors. In addition, Bryztwa will also take on the role of Vice-Chairman for North America, further strengthening WITSA’s leadership in advancing global digital transformation.

Bryztwa brings extensive expertise in international trade and a proven track record of advocating for innovation, technology, and policies that drive global economic growth. His role at CTA, the organization behind the world-renowned CES, the most powerful tech event in the world, underscores his deep understanding of the tech industry’s critical role in shaping a connected future.

WITSA Chairman Dato’ Dr. Sean Seah welcomed the addition to WITSA’s Board, stating, “Edward’s wealth of experience and visionary leadership will be a tremendous asset to WITSA as we continue to champion tech & innovation inclusivity worldwide. His election to our Board of Directors marks a significant step forward in our efforts to address the challenges and opportunities of the global tech ecosystem.”

WITSA CEO, Dato’ Dan E Khoo added, “We are honored to have Ed as a WITSA Board member and Vice-Chairman for North America. This addition elevates WITSA’s role in fostering collaboration, trade and innovation across borders. We look forward to further strengthening WITSA’s initiatives and advancing the digital economy across all regions and continents.”

Ed highlighted, “International cooperation on innovation, technology, and trade is vital to a better future. Efforts toward self-sufficiency risk undermining that unity, dividing the world into rival blocs. I'm grateful to support WITSA's mission to unite industries and governments in global collaboration.”

The WITSA Board of Directors congratulates Mr. Brzytwa and warmly welcomes him to the alliance. Fellow board members expressed enthusiasm for the wealth of insights and leadership he will bring to ongoing initiatives aimed at building a more connected, inclusive, and innovation-driven digital future.

The WITSA Board of Directors play a pivotal role in representing the interests of WITSA members across the world while fostering stronger connections among stakeholders in the global tech community, drive sustainable growth and spur technological excellence worldwide.
